ColourPop Done Deal Pressed Powder Face Duo : The Pink Monochromatic Collection

The ColourPop Done Deal Pressed Powder Face Duo is part of the monochromatic Pink collection that Colourpop launched this month. It comes in a cardboard packaging and it contains a big mirror which is awesome. The compacts are huge and you get 16grams of product in total which makes the price of 16$ reasonable.

The Blush in the shade Above & Beyond
This is a matte cool pink. It has a very soft and smooth formula that is highly pigmented. A little bit goes a long way with this blush so you only need a tiny amount. It is a little bit powdery in the pan but on the skin it does not look heavy or chalky. It blends beautifully into the skin and it gives a healthy flush to the cheeks. It is buildable and it is long wearing too. I have very oily skin and this blush lasted on me for eight hours before it started to fade. This shade looks so natural on the face and it suits light to medium skintones.

The Highlight in the shade Made Me Do It
This is a champagne pink color with a pearlized finish. It has a very creamy formula and it does contain some particles of shimmer. If you prefer more subtle highlighters, you might not enjoy this one because it gives a luminous pearlized glow to the skin. It blends beautifully into the face and but keep in mind that it might emphasize the look of texture and pores. It looks gorgeous on light to medium skintones and it is very long wearing too.

The ColourPop Done deal Pressed Powder face Duo is a great palette! The quality of the powders is amazing and they are long wearing too. If you like to wear a matte pink blush on a daily basis than this pink shade is really pretty. Also, if you don’t have a lot of texture or big pores, you can use the highlight on top of the blush to give it a strong shimmery finish.

Ooops! Another excuse for me to trawl the Colorpop site before I place another order – thanks heaps Claire. I’ve only tried their incredibly pigmented pot blushes beore (eye shadows, eye liners and lippie stix are amazing too). This is a lovely addition to their range, and I can always use one more pink blush ha ha xxx

That highlighter looks gorgeous. It would probably way too dark for my pale skin, but as an eyeshadow? Totally bomb.

Wow, so pigmented! The highlight looked like a bronzer to me, but the swatch is absolutely beautiful! Do you know if they have this duo in other blush shades?

and they also have another duo compact called Double Play and it has a matte warm nude blush.

The swatches looked pigmented and nice on you! I want to see if these colors will look nice on my skintone! I’m going to be doing a CP haul tomorrow so hopefully I’ll decide whether or not to get this item. Great post!

If you have light to medium skintones with more warm undertones , you might like it.
